工作內容
1）智能座艙的軟硬件測試
2）RSU 遠程控制和語音的數字化軟件的測試。
3)此人并不需做具體測試找bug, 而是管理4人的第三方的測試人員做測試。
具體要求為：
a) 有過以上功能測試經驗的
b) 車廠背景�；ヂ摼W公司做過類似測試的
c) PM背景，因需要管理外包員工
d) 交流好， 英文好
  
薪資范圍：40~50萬左右，40歲以內
  
  
Assistant Manager EE and Digital Product Validation
Major Responsibilities:
Create objective technical requirements to ensure suitability of the cars for Chinese customers. Synchronise the requirements within department, marketing and all relevant CoCs.
Product Testing and Validation: Planning, synchronisation, preparation and performing of all concept-, functions and endurance testing for assigned projects in the Chinese market.
Planning of test events (summer/winter test) and test campaigns. Evaluating the car from customer and experts perspective.
Test management for all features/functions under responsible cluster, ensure the completeness of vertication and validation.
Enhance the target synchronisation between the sales, aftersales, plant and engineering team in the market, the CoC and interface partners within E-department in China & Munich as well as the customer and supplier.
Analysis of components like Kombi, Headunit, KAFAS system with BMW specific analysis tools, Carman, Moses, etc.
Defect Management of all detected faults under responsible cluster with Octane, PQM, JIRA and other BMW specific tools.
  
Education / Degree:
Bachelor/Master with electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or information technology. And more than 3 years of E/E experience.
  
Knowledge / Skills /Competences:
E/E development process
Fluent English communication skill
Automotive engineering knowledge
German language skill is a plus
Team work spirit is mandatory
Project management and leadership of small teams
Specialised knowledge of requirements management, verification & validation and sign-off for entire vehicle systems
Valid driver’s license and high ability to test cars safely in real traffic environment.
